By accessing the website and using our plugins, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Plugins are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, zOoGraphist grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install our plugins on your computers for use in Cinema 4D, solely for your personal or internal business purposes. Redistributing, cracking, or reselling our software is strictly prohibited. If we detect that your user account or license key is being shared publicly, sold illegally, or used in violation of these terms, your account will be immediately banned and your license revoked without refund.
All purchases are processed through Gumroad. Please refer to Gumroad's terms and conditions for payment processing. Refund requests are handled at our discretion or in accordance with consumer protection laws applicable to digital goods. Generally, refunds are not provided for downloaded software unless there is a verifiable technical defect that we cannot resolve.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or plugins.
To resolve a complaint regarding the Site or to receive further information regarding use of the Site, please contact us via our Discord Server. We do not provided support via email.
